Eldon Gardens Shopping Centre

I was initially called in on a consultancy basis to advise them on the main refurb of the mall.   The mall was in great need of a refurb and had not been touched for many years.  They wanted to create a light and bright welcoming feel to the mall.  Scheme boards were presented to the Landlords in London along with budget costs for the decoration and lighting schemes.

The whole mall was decorated in a brighter but warmer colour.  Existing lights which were very dull and not energy efficient were replaced with new fittings and extra fittings installed to light dark areas of the mall.  Care was taken not bring the mall lighting levels up too much as this would take away from the Retailers displays.

Tenants and landlords were very pleased with the outcome.

Work is now underway on the Refurb of 6 bathrooms  in the mall.
